I took the VW Golf Mk2 that came in a 3 weeks ago for its MoT test today and, unsurprisingly, having spent some time working on it, it passed. While I was waiting for the transmission to show up I cleaned up the engine bay, replaced the coolant hoses that needed doing, carried out an oil & filter change, painted the cam cover, timing cover & fan shroud, it came out like new. The test drive was taking it for MoT this morning and it went really well, no rattles, easy to drive, just a great car all round. I'm hoping the owner likes it as much as I do, he's not driven it yet.
