'66 Mustang back for first service

The '66 Mustang with the recently completed engine rebuild is back in for its 500 mile service and check over. The owner also wants me to carry out a couple of additional jobs to improve the car, one being the fitment of an export brace and Monte Carlo bar to strengthen the frame around the engine and across the strut tops, another being the replacement of the fuel filler neck with a modified type that'll stop splash back of the fuel when it's being filled. I'm also going to be replacing the fuel gauge in the hope that gets to the bottom of why it never reads above a quarter tank. Apparently it is running very well indeed and the engine has been admired at some recent shows, nice.
