The bodywork on the Panhard PL17 has been progressing elsewhere so I have been digging out the assorted parts required to turn it back into a car (it was torn down by the previous owner over 20 years ago and came to me in boxes). The engine has been a bit of a priority and today it was nice to have the cylinders returned from vapour blasting. The guys at Arnside Vapour Blast have done a fantastic job on a rather tricky subject, the finish is excellent, in fact it's going to be a shame that no-one will see it until the engine is next taken apart as they are covered with heatshileds.
