This Porsche 924S came in a week or so ago with a serious rattle from the top of the engine, I've been waiting until the lift was free before making a start. Today I got it up in the air, removed the splash guard, drive belts, timing covers & belts, fuel rail & air intake and, with the cam box taken off the engine, I've tracked the fault down to a couple of weak cam followers.
