The MGB that came in with a misfire that led to somewhat more is very close to going home. The last couple of weeks have been spent finalising the engine rebuild and today, with the radiator diaphragm having been blasted and powder coated by the guys at KLS in Galgate, I could fit the new aluminium radiator, oil cooler and hoses and turn it over on the starter motor. As part of the work I've converted it to negative earth, it now has an alternator and high torque starter and I've made the associated changes to the wiring loom so it was good to get that test crossed off. Next week I've to make up the wiring for the electric fan and thermo-switch, then I'll be filling it with coolant and firing it up.
