DAF 66 in the workshop

This is something new, I haven't seen one of these on the road for many years let alone work on one. Other than the gearbox it's a pretty straightforward and nicely put together car, or at least appears so after an initial look over. It's got a problem with the fuel pump, when I called the guy at DAF Classics about it he knew the car very well, apparently it's had a re-profiled cam and since then the fuel pump actuating lever doesn't ride on the cam journal as it should. It's also hard to start, as it's spent a few years sitting before coming into its current ownership I'll strip & clean the carburettor, replace all of the fuel hoses with ethanol proof and give the ignition system a once over.
