Over the last few years I have been selling a few items from the collection of one of my good friends, the most recent being this very early American LaFrance engine. I hadn't even had the chance to advertise it, the buyer actually called about something else and this came up during our conversation. For those that know about these this is just about the earliest example of its type, engine number 72.
