The Chevy II I've been working on is now back on its wheels and ready for a test drive. As part of the general check I found the brakes were in dire need of work, broken springs, worn & rusty shoes and leaking slave cylinders. The required parts turned up on Monday so I have rebuilt all 4 corners & bled the system, it's had all new tyres already fitted, the wheels are on and I've put it on the ground. The oil pressure, temperature & volt gauges have been installed and when I fired the engine up they all tested ok. I've also added a hazard warning light system for safety's sake.
