As variety is the spice of life I will soon be taking on the sale of a customer's Caudron C277 biplane. I received the first photos today and it looks like a most interesting proposition. The French Air Force bought around 300 as training aircraft and in the war they were used for spotting. This one has been in 4 Hollywood films and has had a huge amount of work carried out, it's effectively a new aeroplane. Powered by an inverted air cooled Renault 4P engine it's good for 158kph, has a range of 500km and a service ceiling of 4000m. More photos and details to follow.
