A unique opportunity to purchase the car previously owned by Torix Bennett, the founder and Director of Technical Exponents Limited.

 

Technical Exponents Limited was associated with Fairthorpe cars with Torix himself being the son of air vice Marshall Bennett. In the late 1960s through to the later 1970s, Technical Exponents produced specialist and now rare GT cars including the TX-GT and TX-S. along with the sleek TX Tripper at their factory in Denham, UK.

 

Torix himself spent thousands restoring this excellent car to make the TX Tripper offered here is the very best condition available. Museum or collector quality TX Trippers very rare.

 

Featuring a very high Deluxe specification with an excellent running Triumph 1500 engine on twin SU carburettors with overdrive and the IRS rear suspension. Factory supplied with the optional high back sports seats and instruments, heater, roll over bar and heated front windscreen option. Fresh from servicing and recommissioning in our workshop, it’s now ready to go. Just completed service including a fresh Lucas battery, engine and carburettor service. The engine sounds superb. New Valvoline VR1 20W/50 oil and filter. 

 

With the TX Tripper running on Triumph chassis and running gear, they are  simple and cost effective to maintain.
